In the process of beneficiation of lean hematite in Anshan area, the ore treated belongs to the typical Anshan type iron ore which is poor in iron, high in silicon and low in sulfur and phosphorus. The mineral composition and structure are relatively simple. The iron minerals in the ore are mainly hematite, limonite, and pseudohematite. The gangue is mainly quartz, with a small number of silicate minerals. The particle size of the ore is fine, the inlaying particle size of the iron ore is between 40-65 μ m, and the hardness coefficient of the ore is 12-18.

1.Different adjustment modes of ore discharge outlet.
